Calendar of Events
All workshops hosted at Midnight Mountain are small intimate groups, geared
toward self-growth. They never have more than six participants, unless otherwise
indicated. All workshops start with an hour gentle yoga class taught by a
certified yoga instructor. There are some “inside” activities,
however the bulk of the work is outside with the horses. Any horse activity
is one on one with the horse, conducted in a safe and supportive environment.
The activities happen in an open to sight, round pen 60 feet across. While
with the horse is in the round pen, you receive one on one attention from
the facilitators. Depending on your comfort level, the facilitator is right
outside, or in the pen with you. Our goal is participant and horse safety.
The workshops generally run from 8:30am until 4:30pm. Lunch and snacks are
provided. Brookfield is home to many B&B’s listed on the web site.
The furthest is fifteen miles away. We encourage participants to take extra
nurturing care of themselves. We can provide a list of various body work/
healing practioners, to complement the work done with the horses.
Please call or email for prices and applications to any workshops
Sign up for any workshop by April 1st and receive a Fifty Dollar discount.

Horses, as animals of prey are ultra sensitive to their surroundings. They
have learned to use their bodies as sensing devices. Through their examples
we can learn to live in the moment, express our feelings immediately (going
directly “back to grazing”), and create clear and consistent boundaries
with one another. This can show us the way to finding even more joy in our
surroundings.
No horse experience necessary.
